What to do with duplicate providers

Do you have a duplicate provider on your providers table with the wrong NPI? 

Is there an active roster attached to the provider with the incorrect NPI? 

In this instance, reach out to support and let them know the provider's name and the correct NPI. We can have our development team merge the profiles together under the correct NPI.

Did you accidentally submit a provider to a roster with the incorrect classification?

If it is early in the process (no shifts have been scheduled), then you can delete them and start fresh. 

If there are attached shifts, you can reach out to support and our development team can correct it on the backend. 

If a provider was submitted with an incorrect managing org, also reach out to support.
