Understanding Your Dashboard

The Dashboard is a section of Kimedics that helps you take a high level look at what's going on in your organization and what needs your attention.

  1. Requests: This will appear if there are any job post requests, partnership requests, or user requests - accept or decline from here.
  2. Upcoming New Starts: Overview of providers who have their first shift coming up
  3. Scheduling Updates: Overview of your schedule and what may need attention. Clicking on a number will direct you to the Shifts table filtered on the Schedule status you clicked on. Users who have access to rates will see a red 'Shifts missing rates' section in this widget if there are any shifts that have no rates. Clicking this number will direct you to the rates table filtered to 'Rates are not set up'. 
  4. Provider Status: Overview of your providers' statuses. Clicking on a number will direct you to the Roster table filtered on the Roster status you clicked on.
  5. Your tasks: Review this section to see tasks assigned to you across different workspaces and practices. Clicking on a number will direct you to that particular workspace filtered on tasks assigned to you. 
  6. Newsfeed: Overview of actions that have occured within your org - filter by changes others have made or change you have made. 'In-app' notifications turned 'on' will appear here.

You can customize your dashboard by adding/removing widgets. You are also able to move your widgets around and dictate the layout. Click and hold the icon next to the trash can as you move your mouse around.
