How can I check that the provider has been sent for name clear?

Go to Workspaces > Roster and find the row corresponding to the provider & practice. If the provider status = Nameclear Approval, it means they have been sent to the practice for review

 

How do I know when name clear has been approved?

Go to Workspaces > Roster and find the row corresponding to the provider & practice. If the provider status has been updated to  CV/Presentation Pending, it means nameclear has been approved and you are ready to submit the presentation.

You can sign up to be notified of status updates by enabling notifications. Make sure the notification "When the status of a roster task is updated" is enabled.
