Report Name	Description
Time Sheet Report	This report displays compensation by provider, with the option to view compensation by: provider + pay code, provider + practice + pay code, provider + shift + pay code, provider + shift + date + pay code, practice, and by facility. The data in this report is based on actual versus scheduled dates, and the information displayed is based on each user's practice access and compensation permissions.
Actual vs. Scheduled Report	The report displays the variances between actual (time sheets) and scheduled data by provider, with the option to view compensation by: provider + pay code, provider + practice + pay code, provider + shift + pay code, and provider + shift + date + pay code. Detailed Time Report	The report displays the shift details across time sheets by provider, with the option to view compensation by: provider + practice, provider + shift, and provider + shift + date. The data in this report is based on actual versus scheduled dates, and the information displayed is based on each user's practice access and compensation permissions.
Compensation and Incidentals Report	The report displays the variances between shift compensation and incidental rates per provider, practice, and client. The data shown is one row per provider + practice + managing organization + credential. The data in this report is based on each user's practice access and compensation permissions.
Billable vs. Comp Report	The report displays the margins made per provider, practice, and client by comparing provider compensation rates ("Internal rates") and billable client rates ("External rates"). The data shown is by provider by provider, with the option to view compensation by: client + credential category, practice + credential category, provider + pay code, provider + practice + pay code, provider + shift + pay code, and provider + shift + date + pay code. The data in this report is based on each user's practice access and compensation permissions.
Open Shifts	This report can be used to see open shifts across all practices. Users are able to see open shifts by: practice + month (shift count), shift + month (shift count), and shift + month (dates open). The data shown in this report is based on the user's practice access.
Provider Report	This report displays information from the provider base app per provider, with the option to view the data by: provider + practice, and provider + facility. The data in this report is based on the user's practice access and the providers they have access to.
Vendor Report	This report shows all managing orgs so that an organization can view their most active partners in terms of jobs accepted, candidates managed, candidates they manage that have been scheduled, and the number of managed providers working 1-7 shifts.
Roster Report	This report is used to display the roster records by provider + practice + managing org + classification including the provider's roster status and the scheduling status. Columns can be added to this report so that the user can view items such as the job post that the provider was submitted to or important dates such as when privileges were granted.
Roster Report Dates	This report will be used across every organization to show providers and the practices of which they are on the rosters for. On this report, the data should show how the provider moved through the roster workflow template by showing the date they were moved into a roster status from submittal to the roster up until a ready to schedule status or archived status.
Roster Report Days in Status	This report will be used across every organization to show providers and the practices of which they are on the rosters for. On this report, the data should show how the provider moved through the roster workflow template by showing the number of days they were in each of the roster statuses in the roster workflow.
Provider Over Utilized Report	This report displays one row per provider + practice showing the expected shifts per month along with the number of shifts per month that the provider worked. The data in this report shows which providers are over utilized by working more than the expected number of shifts in a given month.
Provider Under Utilized Report	This report displays one row per provider + practice showing the expected shifts per month along with the number of shifts per month that the provider worked. The data in this report shows which providers are under utilized by working less than the expected number of shifts in a given month.
Comp Drivers Report	This report displays one row per practice and shows the average base rates per classification and the number of hours worked per classification.
Time Sheet Deviation Report	The report displays where there are extra activities submitted on time sheets by provider, with the option to view compensation by: provider + shift, and managing org. The data in this report is based on each user's practice access and compensation permissions.
