Posting a Job

Before you post a job

  1. Add your practice:  You must add a practice before you can post a job in that practice.
  2. Set up info for your practice:  Add facility information, practice setting, and MD/DO requirements that you want partners and providers to see on your job post.

Overview

Post a job when you want to call for new candidates for a practice. You can share a job post with providers or other organizations. 

How to post a Job

1. Select the Job Posts workspace

2. Click Add Job

3. Fill out key information about your job in the General and Search Details sections.

4. Select partners to share your job with.

***If you haven't connected with a partner,  then you will need to add the partner to your directory first and then come back to invite them

5. If you are sharing your job post with providers directly, select them here. 

***You can only send job posts to providers who have signed up for Kimedics. 

If you select "Make this job post available to all providers in my directory", then all the providers you are connected with can see it.

6. Pressing Send will create your job post and invite any partners + providers that were selected.

Which of my team members can see the job post?
The job post inherits team members from the Practice level access set up.
