When rosters get archived, users are prompted to leave a review for the provider if they would like. Users will be asked, "how likely are you to recommend this physician to a friend or colleague?' based on a scale of 1-5. If users choose a 1 or 2 rating, they must leave additional comments as to why.
Kimedics will take the average of all the reviews left for a provider - you can see that throughout the system by the provider's name.
Reviews can be generic (not related to a specific practice) and left anytime outside of archiving a roster.
Here are the following ways to do so:
- If no reviews exist for a provider, you will see 'add review' by their name
OR
- You can click on the star rating by their name and click the 'add review' button in the modal
NOTE: Users will only have the ability to delete the comments that they have left.
