Kimedics Overview

Newsfeed gives you an overview of what's happening in Kimedics, including

  • My tasks- tasks assigned to you 
  • Notifications - updates in Kimedics that you are subscribed to
  • Events - upcoming dates
  • Warnings - issues that require your attention 

 

Requests

Requests are quick approval items sent to you by other users in Kimedics. In this section, you can approve or decline requests from other users, and you can review or cancel requests that you sent. 

 

Analytics

The analytics section shows your data about shifts, costs, time and more so you can understand your organization's performance.

 

Practices are the hub of activity on Kimedics. The defining characteristics of a practice are its facility and specialty (e.g. Dermatology at Chickasaw National Medical Center). You can share access to practices with partners and users of your organization. Practices are made up of the following workspaces

  • Practice/Scheduling
  • Practice/Confirmations
  • Practice/Time sheets
  • Practice/Invoices
  • Practice/Analytics

 

Providers are the healthcare professionals you are managing on Kimedics. They can participate in scheduling and other activities using the Kimedics mobile app.

 

Organizations are groups of people who work together, including: hospitals, health systems, provider groups, staffing agencies, MSPs or freelance marketplaces. You should see the name of your organization on the left sidebar.

 

Partners are other organizations on Kimedics connected with your organization. 

 

Rate Manager

The rate manager summarizes rates for different providers.

 

Shared Schedules 

You can create a shared schedule to let providers view each other's shifts for a practice or group of practices. 

 

Workspaces allow you to view content across all practices. You can choose whether to view information at the practice level (i.e. "Show me time sheets for a specific practice"), or to view at the workspace level ("Show me all the time sheets").
