How to get started using your Roster
What is a Roster?
Organizations need to track who is available to work, at what practices and where they are in the provider selection/review process before they can be officially scheduled. The Roster is a list of all providers by practice + the jobs they are submitted to.
Where to view the Roster:
1. Click 'Roster' under Workspaces in the left rail
- This shows your organizations Roster list as a whole
2. Click 'Practices' > select a practice > Roster
- This shows the Roster for the specific practice

What information does the Roster provide?
From the Roster table, you can find relevant schedule and rate info easily! Also, view what status of the hiring process a provider is in and other needed information.
Click into the Roster to view more information! Leave notes about the provider, view their necessary documents, see more information on their contracts and rates, privileging status + important dates, and view information on scheduling. A bar will expand from the right when inside a roster that provides information on the provider like their phone number, email, how many practices they are active or archived at, etc.

How to Filter/Sort through the Roster
When using the Roster Workspace, you have the ability to summarize the table to your needs!-1.png?width=688&height=333&name=Screenshot%20(100)-1.png)
You will see a white bar along the left with a '>' to expand it
- Summarize by Practice, Class, Client, Managed By, Assigned To, Status, and Credential
- Sort by smallest to largest or largest to smallest
This will allow you to easily navigate through the information provided in this space.
You can also use the up and down arrows next to each column title to sort the colums by ascending or desceng OR use the filters listed along the top of the table (class, client, managed by, assigned to, status, and credential).
What are Roster Statuses/Workflows?
Roster Statuses will help you keep track of exactly where every provider is in the selection and onboarding process by practice. These statuses are customizable but often include:
- Provider Interested
- Nameclear
- Presentation
- Presented
- Interview
- Clinician Selected
- Pending Privileges
- Ready to Schedule
- Archived
*** Providers submitted to external organizations will not be visible in "Provider Interested" state and "Name-clear pending" state.
Internal + External Workflows
*****only users with permissions will be able to view this space/make edits
The Internal workflow is what would be applied for internal providers where external workflows would be applied to external providers. You can add your own workflow as well . These can be applied to certain credentials and class. Workflows will show who is in charge of what step in the process to get the provider either to a scheduling status or an archived status.

Roster Assignee
*****only users with permissions will be able to view this space/make edits
Each Roster will have a dedicated assignee to move the provider throughout the different statuses of the hiring process in an efficient way. Whoever is assinged to the Roster task will be in charge of getting the provider to the next step of the process. These assignees can be set up in two places:
1. Practice > Practice Defaults > Click into whichever workflow > assign the task to a user
2. Users> Default Assignees > select tasks> Update Assignee(s) > select who you would like the assignee to be > Update Assignee(s)
