Archiving Rosters

Any organization can archive a roster at any point in the roster workflow.

Archive reasons will be dynamic based on if the roster is in a submission, non-start or placed status.

  • Submission: if roster status = IS not ready to be scheduled

  • Non-Start: if roster status = IS ready to be scheduled AND no shifts worked

  • Placed: if roster status = IS ready to be scheduled AND at least one shift worked

NOTE: this will vary by organization as each organization can choose which statuses in their workflows are considered scheduling statuses. For the Kimedics default workflows, Temp Privileged, Pending Privileges, and Ready to Schedule are considered scheduling statuses.

What reasons should show based on when roster is being archived:

Archive Reason

Submissions

Non-start (in a ready to schedule status but no shifts worked)

Placement (archived from ready to schedule status but)
