Adding Expenses and Receipts
Add an other approval to your time sheet by clicking the 'Add Expense' button at the bottom of the time sheets screen. Once there, the fields listed below need to be filled out:
- Practice
- Managing Org + Classification
- Pay Code
- Type
- Amount
- Unit
- Transaction Date
- Add any notes (if applicable)
- Upload a receipt
**Please note that when uploading an photo from iPhone, you will need to save it to your files folder/iCloud first.
You can view your added approvals along with the rest of your time sheets and also submit the other approvals from the app just like you would for a time sheet.
If an other approval or expense needs to be removed, you have the ability to do that by using the 'Remove Expense' button.
